Good morning parents and sorry for the early message. A little while ago MRCC were looking for sporting clubs to deliver the green disposable scrap bags to households for a fund raiser for sporting clubs. We applied and have been successful. The green bags have been collected and are awaiting to be delivered. We are looking for volunteers to help us distribute our share of the bags, we have about 350 bags to deliver our in our area. If you are available and would like to help the club raise some funds for additional equipment then your help will be appreciated. We will be leaving for our delivery runs this Saturday morning, briefing and tastings at 9am. The more helpers the quicker we can get this done. Due to the fact that it’s out this way and some houses are spread apart, I’d suggest you’ll need a car, a driver, a scribe/ runner (or walker). Tonight we plan to rubber band some advertising material for the gym also, (might as well take the opportunity). If you’re available to either help with the rubber banding, and or the delivery on Saturday then please let us know. The club appreciates your help. Regards. Jim
